PATangoS Pittsburgh Argentine Tango Society Our Mission: To make Argentine Tango Pittsburghs most popular social dance. PATangoS, founded in January 2002 by Trina Regaspi & Sean Cosgrove, searches for creative opportunities to teach and promote Argentine tango in the greater Pittsburgh area. Activities include classes, workshops, milongas, and performances around Pittsburgh and beyond. Were off to an auspicious start, offering classes at the Dance Alloy and the Wilkins School in Regent Square. Were also teaching at the Panther Tango Club at the University of Pittsburgh. We believe in the concept of Tangueros Unidos and are working with many others to build an exciting future for tango in the tri-state area. Pool Party & Milonga - the FULL schedule!!!

Trina & Sean took their first Argentine Tango class by accident in 1995 and havent stopped dancing since. They are established fixtures in the regional tango scene as active organizers, instructors, and performers. They have also taught at CCAC, the Dance Alloy, Univ. of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Tangueros, and through their own club PATangoS. They teach beginning and intermediate+ levels, and recently held a workshop in Cleveland together with Timmy Tango (timmytango@aol.com). They are distinctive for studying not
only the different dance styles of tango but also the different teaching styles of many
master instructors, treating teaching as an art in itself. Known as excellent teachers,
they approach tango intuitively, using figures to introduce technique and encourage play.
